Terms of Service
Last updated: october 2026
1. Scope and provider
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the online service W flow at w-flow.tech (the "Service") by registered users ("you").
The Service is provided by W flow, operated by Egor Iskhakov, Essenheimer str 131, Mainz 55128, Germany, e-mail: main@w-flow.tech ("provider", "I"). Full provider details are in the Imprint.
Conflicting terms of users do not apply, even if I do not expressly object to them. Self-installed copies of the software are not covered by these Terms but by the licence terms supplied with each copy.
2. The Service
W flow is a tool for putting together processes ("workflows") from building blocks ("nodes") and running them automatically, for example to fetch data, send messages or connect AI services and other online services.
The Service is offered in a free plan ("Free") and in paid plans ("Pro" and, where offered, "Team"). The scope and limits of each plan (e.g. number of saved workflows, runs per day, storage, Pro features) are as described on the website at the time of booking or use.
I aim for high availability but do not owe any particular availability unless expressly agreed. Maintenance, security updates and disruptions beyond my control (e.g. at hosting providers or connected third-party services) can cause interruptions.
I may develop the Service further and change, replace or discontinue individual features, as long as this is reasonable for you and the core of the agreed service is preserved. I announce material restrictions of a paid plan in good time.
3. Registration and account
An account is required. You must be at least 16 years old; paid plans may only be booked by adults or by persons acting with the consent of their legal guardians.
The details you give when registering must be true and current. An account is personal and may not be passed on; shared work is meant to happen through the sharing and team features.
Keep your login details, API keys and access tokens (e.g. for the MCP interface) secret. Tell me without delay at main@w-flow.tech if you suspect misuse of your account.
Completing the registration concludes a user agreement for the free plan.
4. Paid plans, payment and cancellation
The price of a paid plan is shown before booking and includes statutory VAT where applicable. Payment is handled by the payment provider Stripe, whose terms additionally apply to the payment itself.
Subscriptions run monthly and renew for another month unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period — directly in your account settings, without logging in via “Cancel contracts here”, or by e-mail to main@w-flow.tech. Pro features stay available until the end of the paid period.
When a paid plan ends, the free plan applies again. Content beyond its limits is not deleted but may be usable only in part (e.g. Pro features such as loops or custom nodes no longer run).
I announce price changes for running subscriptions by e-mail at least six weeks before they take effect. You can cancel until then; the new price does not apply without your consent unless the law permits otherwise.
Right of withdrawal: if you book a paid plan as a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. The details and a model withdrawal form are in the withdrawal notice; you are pointed to it separately when booking.
5. Your obligations and prohibited use
You use the Service only within the applicable laws and these Terms. In particular, you may not
- process or distribute unlawful content, especially content that infringes the rights of others (copyright, trademark, personality or data-protection rights);
- send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), phishing or fraudulent content;
- spread malware, or attack, probe or overload other systems;
- circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, the Service's security measures, sandbox, plan limits or access restrictions;
- use computing power for cryptocurrency mining or similar resource-heavy purposes that do not serve the automation of processes;
- access third-party services in breach of their terms of use;
- resell the Service to others as your own product without my consent.
If you notice a security vulnerability, please report it to main@w-flow.tech instead of exploiting it.
6. Your content and data
Workflows, files, templates and other content you create in the Service ("content") remain yours. You grant me only the rights needed to run the Service (e.g. storing, running and backing up content and — when you share or publish it — showing it to the people you choose).
You are responsible for your content and for the data your workflows process. If you process other people's personal data, make sure you have a legal basis under the GDPR. If you need a data processing agreement for this, contact main@w-flow.tech.
How I process your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
I make regular backups, but I recommend that you also export important workflows.
7. Custom nodes and user-created code
On paid plans you can create your own nodes with your own JavaScript code, use them yourself and share them with others ("custom nodes"). Code in Code and JavaScript nodes is also user-created code within the meaning of this section.
The creator of a custom node is solely responsible for it, not the provider. This covers in particular what the code does, which services it calls and which data it processes. When creating a custom node and with every new version, you expressly confirm that
- you hold the rights to the code or use it under a licence that allows sharing;
- the code contains no malicious functions, does not send data away without its users' knowledge and does not breach section 5;
- the node's description accurately states what it does and which services it calls.
This confirmation is stored together with the time, the version of these Terms and a checksum of the code.
User code runs in an isolated environment with time and memory limits. I may check custom nodes automatically and manually (e.g. by code analysis and test runs) and block or remove them without prior notice if there are indications of a breach of these Terms or of a danger to the Service or to the rights of others. Such a check is no guarantee that a node is free of errors or harmless.
If you use a custom node created by someone else, you do so at your own responsibility. Review the code before trusting it with data.
If third parties assert claims against me because a node you created infringes their rights or the law, you indemnify me against those claims, including reasonable costs of legal defence, to the extent you are responsible for the infringement.
8. Third-party services and AI
Many nodes access third-party services (e.g. AI providers, e-mail, messaging or cloud services). Their use is additionally subject to the respective provider's terms; costs incurred there for your own keys or accounts are yours. I am not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.
Output from AI models can be incomplete or wrong. Check results before relying on them, especially before letting workflows act on them automatically.
9. Suspension
If you breach these Terms, in particular section 5 or 7, I may temporarily suspend individual workflows, nodes or your account where this is necessary to prevent harm. I take your legitimate interests into account and inform you as soon as this is possible without defeating the purpose of the suspension.
10. Term and termination
The user agreement for the free plan runs for an indefinite period. You can end it at any time by deleting your account in the settings. I can terminate it with two weeks' notice.
Both sides' right to terminate for good cause remains unaffected. Good cause on my side exists in particular in the case of serious breaches of section 5 or 7, or breaches repeated despite a warning.
After the agreement ends, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Export your workflows in good time beforehand.
11. Liability
I am liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the German Product Liability Act and to the extent of any guarantee given.
For a slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation — one whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose fulfilment you may regularly rely — my liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.
For damage caused by custom nodes or other third-party code, I am liable only to the extent I am at fault under the paragraphs above.
These limitations also apply in favour of my vicarious agents.
12. Changes to these Terms
I may change these Terms with effect for the future if there is an objective reason (e.g. new features or a change in the law). I will tell you about changes by e-mail at least four weeks before they take effect.
Changes that affect the main services or prices, or that otherwise put you at a material disadvantage, only take effect with your express consent. You can terminate the agreement free of charge until any change takes effect.
13. Dispute resolution
I am neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If you have a problem, please contact me directly at main@w-flow.tech.
14. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the country of your habitual residence.
If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this agreement is the provider's place of business.
Should any provision of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected; the statutory provisions take the place of the invalid one.
15. Language versions
These Terms are also available in German and Russian. The German version is binding.
